Description

We are excited to announce the launch of the first-ever Damascus double stack build kit that you can finish yourself. Due to overwhelming demand, we are pleased to offer this unique kit based on our popular Government 5” 9mm model.
The kit comes standard with an aluminum grip and a slide precut for an optic plate, featuring rear serrations and a custom porting package. Please note that the frame is 80% unfinished and requires completion. Additionally, all Damascus parts come with minimum etching and will require finishing and sealing.
Custom options are available per request.
 
 
The Damascus parts included in the kit are:
– Frame
– Trigger (Flat or Curved)
– Front sight
– Optic Plate (for RMR cut sights)
– Two Mec-Gar magazine base plates (not pictured)
– Magwell (not pictured)

Each piece of Damascus is masterfully forged through an intricate process of repeatedly layering and folding steel, a time-honored technique that creates distinctive, one-of-a-kind patterns. This meticulous craftsmanship not only gives every item its unique visual character but also enhances its structural integrity, resulting in superior strength, lasting durability, and exceptional performance you can rely on. Our billets are made  from 1095 and 15n20 and will require etching and sealing.

Double Stack rebuild kit is available for rebuilding your favorite double stack. All Tooling sold separately. 

Before finishing or replacing any frame please be aware of all state and federal laws that may apply to you. If you’re prohibited person and can’t legally own a firearm it’s against the law for you to be in possession of these parts.

The frame provided is not readily finished and requires specially tooling and gunsmith training.

Please be advised that we are unable to ship these parts to several locations due to current Democrat legal restrictions. We cannot fulfill orders for delivery to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, York City, Reading (PA), and Delaware County (PA).

Specifically, under California law, this product is classified as a “firearm precursor part.” Consequently, we will not sell or ship this product to the State of California or to any residents of California.

Federal Laws

ATF has determined that our frame is not readily finished per the GCA of 1968

Approximate time for completion 10-12 Hrs.

These are the 4 minimum Operations left to be completed 

  • Decking the top (confirm the height first)
  • Slide rail 
  • Frame thinning
  • Hammer hole
  • Sear hole

Does not come with sights or a magazine.

  • Frame will require additional machining to be done.
