We do not offer guest checkout. You must have an account to place your order. Thank the credit card hackers for that.
All orders will be shipped by default to the bill to address of the card used. For security measures all orders over $300.00 will be shipped direct signature required. You personally will need to sign for the delivery. If undeliverable it will be returned to us and you will need to pay for shipping again. Please make every effort to receive your order when it ships. We will email you tracking as so as we process your order.
If you wish for us to ship to a different address we will need to verify your purchased identity. Please email me copy of your driver license, ID and a bill with your billing address. Fraud protection and making sure you get your order is our utmost priority. This is a one-time vetting process and will not be needed on future orders.
All orders will start processing the following morning placed. In case of a customer placed order error, please contact us ASAP.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will require additional postage. We will contact you before shipping with the additional amount needed prior to shipping.
All orders are preset to include insurance and product protection. If you opt out of our protection plan you assume all risk in shipping.
Covid-19 Update 4-1-2021: We’re running about 2 weeks on full kits and tools. We have suspended Custom gun work in order to fulfill orders as fast as we can.
We take all major credit cards along with Bitcoin and Sizzle Payment. Your payment is processed the day your order is placed. Accounting can take up to 4 days to release to shipping for processing. In the rare case of a site pricing error we have full right to refuse any order. For money orders please email in advanced prior to mailing in payment.
If you wish to opt out of the required signature and take all the risk in shipping. Just reply by email stating “yes I do waive all right to a credit card chargeback from 1911 Builders. I have personally requested they ship my order without signature requirement. If lost, stolen or damaged I will take full responsibility and will honor my credit card charge.”
As soon as shipping process your order a tracking number will be e-mailed to the address on file. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you receive your email to populate before calling to inquire on its progress. Returns or Exchanges
Unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from date of delivery. Shipping is not refundable unless we made the shipping error. We will only accept returns that have not been used and are in new resalable condition.
Shipping Insurance Claim
We use Route shipping insurance protection on our site. If your order was lost or stolen and you opted in for insurance please contact us first before filing a claim. We need to provide them with the tracking information before the can process your claim.
