1911 Builders started in 2014 and quickly became the go to source for 1911/2011-gun parts. As our business grew in popularity, we expanded our parts into full blown gun kits that you finish yourself. With the continued success of our product line, we have added even more products. Finally you can get our kit guns in a fully finished custom gun finished by us. Our production guns are under the name Firearms Performance Center. Our 1911 or 2011s handguns come in several sizes Government, Commander, Officer, Pro Carry and Combat carry Officer. Listed below are the optional sizes for 1911/2011 builds.

  Our handguns are hand fit by our team of in-house gunsmiths built one at a time. All start out with 416 stainless steel small parts. Our small parts are all CNC machined from bar stock then heat treated. Frames and slides are CNC machined from forgings and finished to perfection ready to be finished. We offer many different finishes on our guns including Cerakote, DLC, SBN, and TiN. For color finishes we use Cerakote. Our standard pistols come chambered in 9mm or 45acp. We also do 10mm and 38 Super upon requests. Barrels are stainless steel with button rifling. Barrels come either Para ramped or GI on 45’s. Handguns come with full length guide rods and GI depending on build specs. Our triggers come curved or flat and includes an adjustable over travel set screw. Factory triggers are set to 3-to-4-pounds to give you a great experience day one at the range. Fiber optic front sight with an all-black rear come standard on all handguns. Optional sights are available for an additional cost. Guns come with 2 magazines and a gun case. All parts have a Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.
